1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a clinic or physician account, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have administrative authority to bind the entity to these terms.
2. Service Subscription & Billing
ClinConnect operates on a flat-fee subscription basis (monthly or annual billing). Prices exclude applicable GST. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time under settings to avoid future renewals.
3. Direct UPI Direct-to-Bank Payments
ClinConnect provides software integrations to generate UPI QR codes for your clinic. Payments are routed directly from patients to your bank account. ClinConnect does not act as a payment gateway, custody provider, or financial intermediary, and is not responsible for transaction settlement failures.
4. Professional Responsibility & Liability Limits
Clinicians are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of their clinical prescriptions, kit setups, SOAP notes, drug dosages, and consultations. ClinConnect is a software tool and does not assume any liability for medical decisions, diagnoses, or clinical outcomes.
5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our software will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
