1. Medical Documentation & SOAP Formats
Our platform supports the standard SOAP clinical format: Subjective (chief complaint), Objective (vitals, diagnostics), Assessment (provisional diagnosis), and Plan (medicines, lifestyle advice). This ensures that every generated digital slip has structured, legible medical records.
2. Prescription Guidelines & NMC Compliance
Prescriptions generated on ClinConnect conform to the National Medical Commission (NMC) Practice Guidelines in India. Every prescription dynamically requires and embeds the physician's active Medical Council Registration Number, qualifications, and signature, and supports generic drug labeling.
3. HIPAA & DPDP Act Data Security
Patient records are encrypted at rest and in transit (SSL/TLS). Access to patient files requires verified physician or receptionist credentials. Database access is governed by Row Level Security (RLS) policies to prevent cross-clinic profile leaks, aligning with HIPAA standards and DPDP Act rules.
4. Routine Quality Auditing & Logs
We perform automated daily checks on system status and log metadata access records to verify that billing transactions, prescription updates, and queue movements are authorized. System status dashboards are routinely reviewed for discrepancies.
