We continuously refine the usability of ClinConnect to provide an inclusive digital experience.
1. Our Commitment
ClinConnect is committed to ensuring our patient portal, clinic queue displays, and digital prescription modules are accessible to all users, including those with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive challenges.
2. WCAG 2.1 Level AA Compliance
We build and update our application interfaces to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. This includes maintaining text contrast, font readability options, and structured heading formats.
3. Keyboard & Screen Reader Navigation
Our booking flow and patient queue pages support screen-reader navigation and comprehensive keyboard focus controls to allow seamless page traversal without requiring a pointer device.
4. Known Limitations & Responsive Layouts
Some older physician prescription reports or letterhead layouts may have absolute dimensions that limit text size scaling. We are actively refactoring these components to support full fluid responsiveness.
